We keep room details, amenities and prices accurate and up to date, but they may change without notice. Prices shown are starting prices per person per month. Room and amenity images are rendered visuals of the interiors and may differ from the finished rooms. Amenities marked "Coming soon" are not yet available.
Booking requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a booking, visit or enquiry form is a request only. A stay is confirmed only when Infistay confirms it with you directly and you complete the agreed move-in formalities. We don't take payments on this website.
Using the help desk
Please be accurate and respectful when raising concerns or claims. Claims are assessed against your stay agreement; approval is at Infistay's reasonable discretion and in line with applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no spam, no attempts to access other people's data or the admin area, no automated scraping that harms the service, and no submitting other people's details without their permission.
Third-party links
Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Infistay isn't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
